I minimize my junk food intake these days, but one of my best friends put me back on a classic, quick snack. I know that it’s simple to make, but just in case you need a little help here are the directions:
1. Split graham cracker in half
2. Place Hershey’s milk chocolate piece on graham cracker (or a Reese’s for a non-traditional twist)
3. Heat a marshmallow over an open flame until browned and/or melting
4. Place marshmallow onto chocolate piece and graham cracker
5. Add top graham cracker and enjoy

And now I introduce you to my new favorite workout snack: Clif Bars. CLIF products are made from mostly organic ingredients and are free of trans fat, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose syrup. Their mission aspirations include sustaining our planet, community, people, and their business and brand. My favorite flavor is Coconut Chocolate Chip, which tastes similar to “Samaos” Girl Scout Cookies for those of you who are fans. Peanut Toffee Buzz is another flavor I would suggest.
